VJ Akiko has been active in the Tokyo scene since 2012 as VJ. With the theme of maintaining harmony between “light” and “music,” she portrays a delicate and beautiful world through images that reflect her feminine sensibilities. The harmony achieved creates a unique sense of unity that is popular with people from all backgrounds. She not only performs at major clubs such as ageHa and WOMB and WARP Shinjuku throughout Nagoya, Fukuoka, Osaka, Kanazawa, but she also provides visuals for live dance and music performances, as well as working as a video operator and in promotional video productions. Trance and Progressive house are her main genres, but she likes to collaborate with all visual expressions, regardless of genre. In 2014 she VJed at large festivals including ROCK IN JAPAN FESTIVAL and COUNT DOWN JAPAN. In 2018 she played VJ at AVA night that Rinaly who organized in Tokyo.She also played in Singapore,Jakarta the same year. In 2019, she played in Korea. She expanded overseas,putting her in the spotlight as a VJ to watch for the future.
